These terms are between you, the organization that installs Revenue Execution, and [legal entity name] (“OpsGS”, “we”). By installing or using Revenue Execution you accept them. If you accept for an organization, you confirm you may bind it.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Revenue Execution in Salesforce orgs your organization controls, for its internal business purposes, while these terms are in effect.
You may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute Revenue Execution; copy, modify, or reverse engineer it except as the law allows; or use it to build a competing product.
Revenue Execution is free during this release. If we introduce fees, we will tell you in advance, and you may uninstall before any fee applies.
Revenue Execution runs inside your Salesforce org. Your Salesforce data stays there; we do not receive or access it. You are responsible for who in your organization can use Revenue Execution and for the data it reads. See the Privacy notice.
Revenue Execution runs on the Salesforce platform. Your agreement with Salesforce governs that platform, and Salesforce is not a party to these terms.
We provide support by email as described on the Support page, and may release updates. We do not promise any response time or that every issue will be fixed.
Revenue Execution is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Its figures describe your Salesforce data; they are not financial, accounting, or employment advice.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to [the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100].
You may stop using Revenue Execution at any time by uninstalling it. We may end these terms if you breach them. The sections on restrictions, disclaimer, and liability survive.
We may change these terms. We will post the new version here with its date; using Revenue Execution after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes go to the courts of [venue].
