Revenue Execution privacy notice
Draft, not in effect. This notice is a draft for legal review. Bracketed items are placeholders.
Last updated: [date]
This notice explains what [legal entity name] (“OpsGS”, “we”) receives when you install and use Revenue Execution, and what it never receives.
In short
Revenue Execution runs entirely inside your Salesforce org. It reads your data as each viewing user and sends none of it to us or anyone else.
What Revenue Execution does in your org
- It reads Opportunities, Accounts, users, products, and related setup, as the viewing user, with that user’s sharing and field access.
- It writes only its own settings, when an administrator you allow saves them. If you turn on Deal Alerts, it also keeps a send log in your org and sends emails through Salesforce to your active users.
- It makes no calls to outside services, uses no tracking, and does not contact us.
What we receive
- Installation details. When you install, Salesforce shares license information with us through its License Management App: your org’s ID, name, edition, and instance; the installing administrator’s name and contact details; and the installed version and license status. We use it to manage licenses, contact you about updates and security issues, and provide support.
- Support requests. What you choose to send to support@opsgs.com.
- Documentation site. This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log visitors’ IP addresses for security. We add no cookies or analytics.
We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Service providers
Salesforce (license management), GitHub (documentation hosting), and Google Workspace (email). Each processes data under its own terms.
Keeping and deleting
We keep license records while you have Revenue Execution installed and for [period] afterwards, and support emails for [period]. To ask what we hold or to delete it, email support@opsgs.com.
Changes
We will post any change here with its date.
